Requests and customer accounts

We store the name, email, website, request and notes you submit to respond and provide the service you request. An account stores a hashed password and session records. Authentication may record an IP address and browser information for account security. Submitting a request does not opt you into marketing campaigns.

Optional journey analytics

If you allow analytics, we store an anonymous visit identifier, page paths, button actions and source/campaign codes for a 30-day reporting window; a daily cleanup removes expired events (within one additional day). We do not record keystrokes, form contents, session videos or browser fingerprints. Analytics is optional and can be changed below. Visitors who decline are excluded from journey reports; request submissions are still saved so we can respond.

Storage and sharing

The site and records use Cloudflare hosting and storage. Communications you request use our business email service. We do not sell contact details. If an audit is later agreed, public website material and buyer questions may be processed by the AI providers identified in its methodology. Do not submit private client material or passwords in the request form.

Payment and reports

We do not store card information. A future payment is handled on the named payment provider’s website. Public reports can be read by anyone with their link; agree what can be shared before attaching confidential material.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account, inquiry and associated data by emailing us. We keep inquiries and account records while handling your request or providing the service, and retain payment records where required. We review inactive requests for removal after 12 months. Account sessions expire after seven days.
